This is an intensive healing and transformative course rooted in Toltec wisdom and practices. In this 9-month course you will:
- deepen your Shamanic practice of “Stalking” your energy lines, reclaiming your energy and releasing others’ energies that you carry,
- receive tools and learn practices to elevate your awareness,
- learn how to shift your perceptions of your “Victim and Judge”, freeing yourself from guilt and shame of past traumas,
- identify and disengage from lifelong belief systems that no longer serve you,
- learn how to live The Four Agreements, (Don Miguel Ruiz)
- be part of a like-spirited community that supports each other.
The Mastery of Empowerment:
- is a 9-month (2 hours bi-weekly) course,
- from 11 am to 1 pm PT / 12 noon – 2 pm MT ,
- on alternate Fridays from February 18 to November 25, 2022,
- on Zoom.
- Includes 6 one-hour private sessions with Liz to focus specifically on what is arising for you throughout the course.
- All classes will be recorded.
